Living in Hunters Glen

Hunters Glen is a restrictive covenants subdivision intended to maintain 

property values, aesthetics, and high quality of living for residents. 

New residents receive a Welcome Packet from Gulf South Property Management, LLC (GSPM), the property management company of Hunters Glen. 



Residents can pay their dues online through this link to GSPM's private portal for members.

Resident's annual dues are $1,300. This includes trash collection and at least $100 funded annually to Association's Reserve Fund for critical infrastructure and emergencies. A resident can elect to pay dues quarterly.

The Community Documents allow for three other assessments to include: Recreational Facility Assessment, Special Assessment, and Supplemental Assessment. Historically the Association has been managed without the need to seek these assessment types.

Hunters Glen residents receive information in various ways: e-Newsletter, Property Management Company notifications & private portal, private Facebook Group Page, or NextDoor.

The Recreational Facility, encompassing the Pool & Cabana, can be rented by residents for a $45 rental fee. Complete the Rental Agreement and return to the property management company.

Hunters Glen holds an Annual Meeting to discuss affairs of the neighborhood for all 122 residential homeowners/members. In 2022, 101 members attended. In 2023, 92 members attended.

The Association has a Board of Directors comprised of Hunters Glen residents, who meet regularly and make decisions on behalf of the community in accordance to State HOA & Corporation Laws.
